Upstate Health Research Network
A group of leading academic researchers assists FAIR Health in the development and ongoing enhancement of the methodologies employed in structuring and validating the FAIR Health database and products. Based at Syracuse University, the Upstate Health Research Network (UHRN) includes researchers from Cornell University, the University of Rochester, the University at Albany (State University of New York - SUNY), the University at Buffalo (SUNY), and SUNY Upstate Medical University. The University of Illinois, Indiana University, the University of Colorado (Denver) and Arizona State University participate in UHRN as adjunct research institutions. UHRN conducts research and evaluates methods to improve the FAIR Health database. Its recommendations are evaluated by the FAIR Health Scientific Advisory Board. UHRN proposals approved by the SAB are recommended to the FAIR Health Board of Directors for its approval.
